REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds or cancellations once orders have been placed and/or received. We only offer exchanges for unopened, unused, unbundled hair. The exchange can only take place 2 days after package has been received , it has to be within the same price range or higher.

You Must contact us directly for exchanges. Exchanges will not be permitted after two days

Due to Federal Laws & Health Regulations we adhere to strict policy. If the item is opened in a visible manner we will not issue any exchanges & item will be returned to buyer. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, cutting, braiding, wearing. ETC
