Standard orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days AFTER the date of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays. Rush orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. You have the option to rush any order for a fee of $50.  A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. NO REFUNDS ; NO EXCHANGES

What types of wigs do you have?

CUSTOM WIGS. Wigs that are machine made with a frontal or closure and are customized to look very natural for each client.


Do I have to use glue ?
No. If you choose the option to get a closure wig made , you will not need adhesive. If you are purchasing a frontal wig, unless you add a band, you will need glue or adhesive to keep the wig down.

How long does glue usually last ?

Up to 7 days without contact of water or sweat. (They are waterproof but not 100% guaranteed).

This is my first wig. What Do You Recommend?

A closure wig . Frontal wigs or full lace wigs can be a lot to work with and a lot of maintenance if you are not familiar with them.

Why do I have to measure my head ?

I only need measurements for a CUSTOM WIG At your convenience .I will need all the right measurements to ensure the perfect fit. I DO NOT need measurements for a full lace wig. They all come one size fits most. From (19-23 circumference).

How will my wig stay on without glue ?

All wigs come with straps and combs (additional fee to add)

How long is shipping ?

Standard shipping is 1-2 weeks with  USPS Carrier. Shipping time may vary during sales or peak times.

Do you also install ?

Yes, if you live in the Denver/Aurora, Colorado area or are willing to travel. You can schedule an appointment to have your custom wig installed
