Please allow 1-5 business days for order to be shipped . Once order has been shipped please allow 2-3 days for delivery. We ship from Aurora, Co.

- How many bundles will i need?

12'-16" (2-3 Bundles)

16"-20" (3-4 bundles)

20"-26" (4-5 Bundles)

Keep in mind that the hair rule is: "the longer the hair, the shorter the weft."

-How do i wash my bundles?

We personally use OGX Weightless Hydration Coconut Water shampoo and conditioner. Do not massage or rough bundles between your hands. Simply work up a nice lather and rinse thoroughly. Vigorous can cause rubbing/massaging can cause matting and tangles ETC. always smooth and scrunch.

-Can i bleach/color my bundles ?

Of course ! This amazing collection of hair can withstand coloring/bleaching! We strongly advise that you have a licensed stylist do the processing for you . (10-30 volume recommended.) Bleaching may shorten the lifespan of the bundles if done incorrectly. Contact Us via text/email for custom coloring services. additional Fees Apply

-How long does your hair last?

1-3 years with proper care. But there is no true answer to this question.
